What happens when my trial ends?
Once your trial ends, we will be sending you an invoice for the upcoming month to continue your paid subscription. If you wish to continue, just settle the invoice and you're good to go.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes! We do not require any commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. You will be charged or credited the prorated amount for your subscription difference.
What form of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Western Union, Credit Cards, and Wire Transfer. Minimum Transaction amount for Western Union and Wire transfer is $300
How do I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account anytime. Just file a support ticket with your cancellation request
What's your refund policy?
Call minutes: We offer refunds on remaining pre-paid balance on our JustGoVoIP SIP service for payments made within 7 days.
Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions on our JustGoCloud Packages (Go Small, Medium, Large and Enterprise), managed Services, DIDs or Toll Free Numbers
Prepaid Technical Support and Consulting Services: We offer refunds only if no technical support or consulting services has been rendered.
There are no refunds for one-time/setup fees
How much bandwidth do I need?
We recommend the following:
5 seats: 512kbps
10 seats: 1 mbps
20 seats: 2 mbps
What's the recommended computer specs for my agents?
A dual core computer with 2 GB of RAM and a USB headset.
